Referal Program

The referred friend must live within Local Mowing & Surface Cleaning’s service area.

The referred friend must complete one full-priced maintenance mow before any discounts are applied.

Once the referred friend’s first mow is completed, both the referrer and the referred friend will receive 50% off their next maintenance mow.

Discount applies to standard maintenance mowing only and cannot be used on clean-ups, edging-only jobs, hedging, spraying, or any other service.

Only one discount can be used per mow. Discounts cannot be stacked or combined.

Referral reward has no cash value and is non-transferable.

Local Mowing & Surface Cleaning reserves the right to modify or end the referral program at any time.
Service T&C's
1. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Late Fees
Overdue invoices will incur a $10 late fee for every week the invoice remains unpaid.
3. Service Completion
All work is considered completed to a professional standard unless concerns are raised within 72 hours of service delivery. After this period, the service is deemed accepted.
4. Access Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to all areas requiring service. If access is blocked and the job cannot be completed, a call-out fee may apply.
5. Weather & Scheduling
Service dates may be rescheduled due to weather or operational needs. Clients will be notified of changes as early as possible.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may incur a call-out or minimum charge.
7. Liability
All work is covered under our Public Liability Insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden hazards, or items left on lawns (toys, hoses, cables, dog waste, etc.) that may be damaged during standard operations.
8. Green Waste
Removal of green waste is included only if specified in the quote or package. Additional waste removal fees may apply if volumes exceed the standard service.
9. Additional Work
Any work requested beyond the original quote will be charged separately and itemised on the invoice.
10. Referral Promotion Terms (if you want these included)
Referral discounts apply only when the referred customer mentions the referrer at the time of booking. Discounts are applied after the new customer completes their first paid service. Full terms available on our website.
